    pastes. B does not address these pastes in this artifact. This is a genuinely OPEN cipher-level

    The full tweet text (with prefix) was re-verified against primary syndication 2026-07-24 and is
    identical in both. AUTHORITATIVE form (with prefix) is in §1.

No character-level divergence exists anywhere in the shared tweet TEXT or in any of the four PGP
paste bodies/signatures. Every difference above is coverage, peripheral metadata, notation, or the
one resolved media-URL (V1) — except V6, the pre-existing OPEN M-vs-N row-10 cipher variant that
lives in the page23-matrix artifact, not here.
